6 Exercises to have a marked abdomen

Having a lazy abdomen and nothing hard is not something with which you necessarily have to resign yourself to live. I know that when you do not lead a lifestyle full of sport and activity, it is not easy to start changing, but today is a good day to try!

That is why I leave you these 6 tremendously effective exercises that, together with a healthy diet, will help you mark your abdomen in a couple of months in a very effective way.


- 5 days a week.
- Do 2 repetitions of each exercise (each exercise should last 45 to 60 seconds).
- Between each exercise rest 30 seconds.

Ideal time to complete the routine: 25 to 30 minutes.
